Menus and Service

  1. Do you cater for special dietary requirements

    2. Yes, we are able to accommodate most dietary preferences and restrictions including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free.

  2. Do you provide staff to serve our guests?

    3. We have a full team of qualified wait staff to assist you in setting up for your function, as well as to serve food and drinks, and clearing up after the event. If food is to be prepared on the premises our chefs will be neatly presented in uniform.

  3. Can I pick up my order?

    4. Platters and finger food orders can be picked up from our premises during business hours, if preferred.

  4. Can you provide tables, chairs, linen, cutlery and glassware?

    5. CT’s Catering is happy to quote and provide a wide variety of chattels required for your function. Any lost or damaged equipment will be charged at the replacement cost. Please be aware that a cleaning fee may apply.

  5. What is the minimum order?

    6. To have your catering delivered, a minimum order of $100.00 is required. Additional delivery charges will apply, depending on your location.

  6. Do you deliver outside the CBD?

    7. We have no limit on how far we will travel and have provided catering as far as Byron Bay. Please contact us for a quote if you require delivery outside the CBD.

  7. How many sandwiches are in a ‘round’?

    8. 1 sandwich (two slices of bread) cut into 4 points. We recommend 1.5 rounds per person.


Payment & Cancellation

  1. Do you take credit cards?

    2. We accept Visa and Mastercard, as well as cheque, cash or EFT payments.

  2. Do you require a deposit?

    3. A 30% deposit is requested for all functions over $500.00.

  3. What happens if I need to cancel my event?

    4. All functions cancelled with less than 7 days notice before the function date will forego their deposit.

  4. Is GST included?

    5. Prices listed on our website are inclusive of GST. Please note that prices are subject to change but are firm once your deposit has been paid.
